Quality is paramount in any merchandise range. It must reflect the quality of the brand it represents otherwise the experience will not match the expectation.
Throughout the manufacturing process, we have a comprehensive quality control procedure which includes: quality control checks during production with a final 100% inspection on all items; individual ITS inspection company before despatch; an individual specification sheet for each product to ensure factory standards are consistent; and ethical policies to ensure that all our production facilities demonstrate that their systems and procedures meet the requirements of SA8000, supporting human rights for workers around the world.
Our aim is to achieve the highest level of quality control in retail which can be demonstrated through average returns/faulty product equating to just 0.001% of supply.
